In the 3 days from June 30 to July 1, 2025 alone, the Quang Tri Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 2 locations received more than 1,000 records per day regarding the field of revocation and issuance of seals. The Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Quang Tri Provincial Police has arranged additional officers and soldiers to receive records until 7:30 p.m. The time for processing administrative procedures outside of working hours is to ensure timely service for agencies and units operating according to the model.

State agencies and organizations that need to change or reissue the seal sample registration certificate can do so in one of three ways, including: Submitting the application online via the National Public Service Portal or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Public Security ; submitting via postal service or submitting the application directly at the Quang Tri Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 2 locations in Dong Hoi Ward and Dong Ha Ward.
