After merging with Quang Long Ward Police, Quang Phong Ward Police and Quang Hai Commune Police, Ba Don Ward Police moved its headquarters to a new workplace in Quang Phong Commune (old). However, during the process of arranging the new workplace, Ba Don Ward Police still arranged a working group to be on duty at the old headquarters to both receive crime reports and handle administrative procedures for people coming to transact, with the spirit of not letting work be delayed or blocked due to the apparatus arrangement.

Mr. Ho Van Son, Residential Group 2, Ba Don Ward, excitedly said: Although the work is busy, the administrative units and the police of the ward have arranged appropriate time and schedule to receive people to serve people quite conveniently, quickly, and perform daily work well.

Senior Lieutenant Mai Thi Nga, Ba Don Ward Police said: With a larger area and a larger population, our workload will be greater than before. Each of our officers and soldiers is always ready to perform their duties in the best possible way. Receiving and handling administrative procedures for people is still guaranteed to be smooth, convenient, and without congestion.

Thus, after the reorganization and consolidation of the organizational structure, Quang Tri Provincial Police has 27 professional departments, 8 Ward Police, 69 Commune Police and 1 Con Co Special Zone Police. This is a historic breakthrough in administrative reform in implementing a synchronous, streamlined, effective and efficient political system, aiming to perfect a modern administrative management system, close to the people, serving the people, so that all benefits belong to the people.
