After "coming under one roof", in the open development space and suitable stimulus mechanisms and policies along with the abundant inherent potential, especially the determination of the tourism workforce, it is expected that cultural tourism will really find its place. From there, it will become a "gold mine" attracting domestic and international tourists.

Ta Puong waterfall tourist destination always attracts tourists to visit and experience unique cultural values.

The Bru-Van Kieu people in Quang Binh (old) have a unique cultural life, bearing their own mark with two festivals that have been recognized as national intangible cultural heritages: the rice planting festival (Truong Son commune) and the new rice celebration festival (Kim Ngan commune). Realizing the potential of cultural tourism, Netin Travel Company Limited has boldly launched the tour " Discovering nature and learning about the unique culture of the Bru-Van Kieu people in Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts" in 2019, creating its own mark, attracting tourists.

Coming to this tourism product, visitors can experience a variety of tourism types, from trekking and cave exploration, outdoor activities, to learning about the unique culture of the Bru-Van Kieu people, such as: Cuisine, traditional music , costumes...

Later, Netin Travel continued to develop tourism products to explore Khe Nuoc Trong, Suoi Tien and conquer Cong Troi waterfall, Bai Dan in Kim Ngan commune, in which cultural experiences in Rum Ho village were an important highlight. At the same time, focusing on coordinating training, fostering, and improving skills for tourism resources, especially ethnic minorities.

Mr. Ho Van Gioi (Trang Ta Puong village, Huong Lap commune) is the manager of Ta Puong waterfall eco-tourism site. He said that the goal of this tourism product is to bring visitors new experiences. Visitors can immerse themselves in the majestic natural scenery and learn and explore the unique culture of the Bru-Van Kieu people here, from cuisine, traditional costumes to musical instruments, folk songs and daily life of the people. This tourism product also contributes to creating stable jobs for nearly 20 Bru-Van Kieu people.

From there, we will not waste the precious cultural resources of the land of Quang Tri with hundreds of years of history in an open space for tourism development. As for businesses, they have made long-term preparations even before "coming under the same roof".

According to statistics, Quang Binh (old) currently has 13 national intangible cultural heritages and Quang Tri (old) has 3 heritages. Quang Tri (new) is home to the Bru-Van Kieu and Ta Oi ethnic groups with a unique cultural "treasure" that has not yet been explored. In addition, there are many tangible and intangible cultural heritages with great potential for tourism development in this land.

Mr. Tran Xuan Cuong said: “When organizing tours associated with the Bru-Van Kieu people in Quang Binh (old), we noticed a large number of international tourists traveling along the Ho Chi Minh Trail West branch with the desire to stay and experience the local culture. Therefore, we came to Quang Tri (old) and opened a travel company with the hope of developing products and promoting propaganda to attract tourists.

We will also continue to focus on promoting products in the Western region of the new Quang Tri to domestic and international visitors. New tourism products in the old Quang Tri will also continue the products we are implementing and can be combined into a Western tourism chain of the new Quang Tri province."

According to Mr. Le Van Hai, Director of Vinh Ho Trade, Construction and Tourism Company Limited, he regularly organizes tours to Quang Binh-Quang Tri (old), especially for those who want to explore and experience culture and history. Previously, on their journey, tourists often shortened their time in Quang Tri (old) and chose to continue to Hue City, Da Nang City or other provinces and cities for many reasons.

Now it is different, when coming under one roof, the development space is wide open, many cultural tourism products are expected to become strengths, closely linked with other types of tourism, contributing to creating a brand for new Quang Tri tourism.

In the coming time, in order to develop cultural tourism in depth and enhance the tourist experience, the issue of human resources needs to be given top priority along with other factors. Because according to Mr. Ho Van Gioi, Bru-Van Kieu people want to do professional tourism and be trained and educated thoroughly. At the same time, the promotion stage needs to have creative, innovative solutions, closely linked, avoiding the beaten track and especially creating outstanding cultural highlights.

For tourism businesses specializing in cultural tourism, being facilitated to develop and perfect products plays a key role. Mr. Tran Xuan Cuong commented that the company also expects departments, branches and sectors to continue to support in the implementation of tourism projects so that the products can be put into operation.

Thanks to that, many tourism products have been created for the new Western Quang Tri region and brought livelihoods to the local Bru-Van Kieu people.
