Despite the ban, electric cars still operate

According to Decree No. 158/2024/ND-CP and other relevant legal regulations, from July 1, electric vehicles that do not meet the conditions for circulation will be banned from operating on the roads. The Department of Construction of Quang Tri province has also sent many documents to cooperatives and electric vehicle business organizations to propagate, remind and comply with the above regulations.

Despite the ban, electric cars still operate

Electric cars continue to appear on some central routes of Dong Hoi ward.

However, on the evening of July 3 in Dong Hoi ward, electric vehicles continued to appear on some central streets. This not only violates regulations, but also poses a potential risk to traffic safety, affecting the locality's efforts to manage urban order.

Despite having a roadmap prepared in advance, many households still maintain electric vehicle operations. This reality requires the drastic intervention of functional forces to ensure legal regulations. In the long term, consider researching appropriate solutions to help people transform their livelihoods sustainably in the future.
