In the 2020-2025 term, implementing the direction of the Politburo , the Secretariat, and the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the Agribank Party Committee has twice received party organizations in the localities and reorganized them in accordance with the Party model of the entire system with 211 affiliated party organizations and more than 24,500 party members (60% of the total number of employees).

Agribank's business activities continued to grow steadily, safely and effectively, completing all important annual targets according to the State Bank's plan and the targets of the Resolution of the 10th Agribank Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Agribank's financial capacity was improved, profits grew steadily every year, and the State budget added VND 17,100 billion, bringing the total charter capital to VND 51,639 billion, creating conditions for Agribank to expand its business sustainably and increase its ability to provide capital to the economy, especially in the agricultural and rural areas.
Agribank's total assets exceeded VND 2.2 million billion, 1.4 times higher than at the beginning of the term, making it one of the banks with the largest total assets in the system of credit institutions in Vietnam. Total outstanding loans to the economy reached nearly VND 1.8 million billion, nearly 1.5 times higher than in 2020; Capital mobilization reached more than VND 2 million billion, nearly 1.4 times higher than in 2020.

Over the past three decades, under the leadership of the Party Committee, Agribank has always been steadfast in its path of serving agriculture, farmers and rural areas; continuing to affirm its position as a key bank in implementing the Party's Resolution on "three rural areas" with about 65% of outstanding loans invested in this field, accounting for the largest proportion in the market share of agricultural and rural investment credit in Vietnam.
