The purpose of the inspection is to evaluate the implementation status and results of the tasks of the Party Committees of communes and wards after the reorganization; draw lessons, propose tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time. The inspection content is the implementation of socio -economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security; and preparation work for the Party Congresses of communes and wards, term 2025-2030.
The inspection teams are headed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; the inspection subjects are the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of 124 communes and wards in the province.
Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the inspection aims to promptly grasp difficulties and obstacles in performing tasks according to the 2-level local government model. From there, propose policies, orientations and solutions to help Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations soon stabilize their operations effectively, efficiently and effectively, to best serve the people and businesses.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee arrange reasonable time to visit localities to inspect and grasp the situation when the Plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee is issued.
The inspection process must ensure comprehensiveness, specificity, and substance, and assess the difficulties, limitations, tasks, and solutions for organizing and implementing the model of two-level local government to ensure the operation of the interconnected model, meeting the requirements of the tasks.
