The capital city is sunny this morning, but groups of people still quietly hold incense and flowers to commemorate the leader who "spent his whole life for the country and the people".

Mr. Manh Tung (22 years old, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi) said he spent the whole morning at Mai Dich cemetery to burn incense in memory of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

When he left, Tung brought a bouquet of sunflowers because he always remembered the words of the late General Secretary: "If you are a flower, be a sunflower; if you are a bird, be a white dove; if you are a rock, be a diamond; if you are a person, be a communist!"

Looking at the photo of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the grave, Tung could not hide his emotions and burst into tears. "I am grateful to him, he devoted himself to the country and the people, and devoted himself to the country until his last moment. I pray that he will bless the country with peace and further development," Tung was moved.

Tung's feelings are similar to those of thousands of people at Mai Dich cemetery this morning. They came to remember the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and remind themselves to live a more worthy life.
