At the meeting, comrade Doan Thi Hao, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen province, quickly informed voters about the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
This is a meeting of special importance, having reviewed, commented on and decided on a very large volume of work, of historical significance, with many important contents, closely linked to the requirements of innovation, institutional perfection, and streamlining of the apparatus to develop the country quickly and sustainably.
Expressing excitement at the successes of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, voters of Division 312 proposed many opinions and recommendations on the task of strengthening national defense, security, and protecting the Fatherland.
Voters are interested in proposals and recommendations on military rear policies and care for the lives of officers and soldiers of the armed forces; coordination mechanisms in staff work and planning, training and exercises; social housing policies for officers and soldiers of the armed forces; the issue of bringing digital technology into the Army; solutions to handle individuals and organizations that produce and trade in counterfeit, fake, and poor-quality goods that affect people's health, including officers and soldiers of the armed forces...
Speaking to voters, General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, provided more information on the main contents, especially information related to military and defense work at the recently held 9th Session.
Thanking the voters for their comments, the General emphasized that this demonstrates the officers and soldiers' firm grasp of the situation of the country, locality and unit. The provincial National Assembly delegation will fully absorb and direct relevant agencies, units and localities to study, resolve and notify the voters of the results, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Regarding some issues of concern to officers and soldiers, General Phan Van Giang directly answered and clarified the contents within his authority.
General Phan Van Giang suggested that in the coming time, officers and soldiers of Division 312, Corps 12 and units stationed in Thai Nguyen province continue to grasp the situation, have a good mindset, proactively overcome difficulties, promote a high sense of responsibility, solidarity and close coordination in all activities.
Perform well the functions and tasks of each unit, contributing to the successful implementation of military and defense tasks in the last 6 months of 2025 and the following years. Build a strong and clean party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "Exemplary and typical", successfully completing all assigned tasks.
In the immediate future, the organization will launch emulation campaigns to welcome the 12th Military Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress; carefully prepare and responsibly participate in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang presented 35 gifts to groups and soldiers on active duty who are wounded soldiers, children of martyrs, and soldiers in especially difficult circumstances of Division 312.
Previously, Minister Phan Van Giang and the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of Martyrs of Division 312.
The General presented flowers to congratulate the new Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, hoping that the collective will promote the spirit of solidarity, strengthen and leadership direction, and build Thai Nguyen province to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming an important growth pole of the Northern Midlands and Mountains region.
