GELEX implements Corporate Culture project

This is a strategic step to create an organization that can adapt quickly, operate at high efficiency and nurture the aspiration to reach global stature.

The Corporate Culture Project was launched on the occasion of GELEX's 35th anniversary, after the enterprise had undergone a comprehensive development and transformation process, creating a solid foundation in terms of management, investment, human resources, branding, etc. This is a journey to regenerate internal strength from the roots: Thinking - behavior - system.

Through the project, GELEX demonstrates its determination to proactively create an adaptive organization, aiming to create a high-performance and flexible working environment - where leaders at all levels play a leading role in change, employees act based on shared values and the organization operates as a living organism: Connected, empowered and constantly adapting in a strategic direction.

The project was implemented in 8 months with 4 key stages: Awakening the system of co-creating vision and behavioral values; activating culture; implementing synchronous cultural campaigns from the leadership level to each member unit; embedding culture into the system.

At GELEX, corporate culture does not stop at slogans or identity images, but is the core competency to differentiate and accelerate in the long term. The mindset of "culture is strategy" is being transformed into concrete actions, contributing to building GELEX into an organization that adapts quickly to fluctuations, operates at high efficiency thanks to strong internal cohesion and aims for sustainable development on a human foundation.
