NOTICE Regarding not organizing the auction of shares of Telecommunication Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Development Joint Stock Company (QTC Company)

Pursuant to Decision No. 620/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group for the period up to the end of 2025 and Decision No. 63/QD-VNPT-HDTV-KTTC dated July 8, 2025 on approving the plan to transfer shares of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group at Telecommunications Infrastructure Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (QTC Company), VNPT has carried out procedures for offering shares by the normal public auction method through Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1291-2025/CV-SHS dated August 18, 2025 of Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company on the announcement of the results of the registration for auction of shares of Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group;

VNPT announces the results of capital transfer through the normal public auction method of VNPT at Telecommunications Infrastructure Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as follows: By the end of the registration and deposit deadline (3:30 p.m. on August 18, 2025), no investors registered to buy shares of QTC Company at auction, therefore, the auction of shares of QTC Company was not eligible to be held.
