Saigontourist Group invests nearly 800 billion VND to build a 5-star hotel in Da Nang

On July 4, Saigon Tourist Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the 5-star Saigon - Da Nang hotel at 07 Dong Da, Hai Chau ward, Da Nang city.

Saigon – Da Nang Hotel is a key project with a total investment of more than 779 billion VND. The project is expected to be completed and put into commercial operation in the third quarter of 2028. With an impressive scale, the hotel will be a new architectural symbol in the center of the coastal city of Da Nang.

The project is designed to include a 23-storey building, including 2 basements, 22 upper floors and 1 roof floor, with a total height of 82.8 m. The total land area of the project is 3,481.4 m ² , with a total floor area of up to 31,506.7 m ²

The hotel will provide a variety of international 5-star standard services, including: luxury rooms, high-class restaurants, modern conference services, entertainment game area, swimming pool, classy event space and many other amenities, meeting all the needs of domestic and international tourists.

In terms of design, Saigon - Danang Hotel will have a modern style, integrating smart architecture and advanced green solutions, aiming at environmental protection and sustainable development.

When put into operation, the project will not only create a synchronous hotel - restaurant complex, meeting international 5-star standards, but also contribute to improving the environment and architectural landscape in the central area of Da Nang city, bringing a new and classy look to the city.
