According to Dan Tri reporters, at noon on November 10, at the headquarters of Thanh Buoi Company Limited at 266-272 Le Hong Phong (District 5), a large number of police officers were present. Inside the headquarters, the authorities searched and worked with the employees.
At 1:30 p.m., the task force was still working. Dozens of police officers stood in front of the headquarters to ensure security.
A source said that the search of Thanh Buoi Company's headquarters was carried out by Dong Nai Provincial Police.

This move took place when on the same morning, the Investigation Police Agency of Dinh Quan District Police (Dong Nai) prosecuted and temporarily detained Le Duong (32 years old), Deputy Director of Thanh Buoi Company Limited, for the crime of Mobilizing an unqualified person to drive a vehicle to participate in road traffic.
Mr. Le Duong is the son of Mr. Le Duc Thanh, Director of Thanh Buoi Company Limited.
Previously, on September 30, the Investigation Police Agency of Dinh Quan District Police prosecuted and detained Hoang Van Tinh (the driver of the passenger car) for violating regulations on road traffic.
According to the initial investigation results, on September 30, Mr. Le Duong signed a transport order to mobilize driver Hoang Van Tinh to drive a car from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat (while Tinh had his driving license revoked by Lam Dong Provincial Police since August 5). When Tinh drove to a section of National Highway 20, Dong Nai Province, he caused a serious accident.
This bus company has more than 1,300 employees, occupying a large market share on the routes Ho Chi Minh City - Da Lat, Can Tho and Da Lat - Can Tho.
According to the decision of the Inspectorate of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, this car company has had its license revoked for 3 months and was fined 91 million VND for 8 violations.
