Thousands of people braved the sun to watch the army practice and parade.
Under the sweltering heat of the Northern summer, the atmosphere at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism (Hanoi) is still vibrant and full of enthusiasm as military formations train for the upcoming important event.
The decisive steps, the neat and uniform formations, and the loud cheers created a vivid and emotional picture.
At the training ground of the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village, 10 military blocs participated in joint training, representing armed forces throughout the army.
People and visitors are allowed to stand at designated locations to observe without affecting the training process.
Mrs. Khuat Thi Tam, 80 years old, from Thanh My commune (Son Tay), was present at the location since 6 am. Despite her old age and traveling by motorbike driven by her daughter, she still excitedly shared: "Oh my gosh, I love it! Since I was a child, I have never seen a real parade. The soldiers parading around made me so excited. Maybe I will only see it this one more time."

From Hoa Binh , Ms. Dinh Thi Ninh, a Muong ethnic, also arrived very early with her group of friends. Witnessing the seriousness and hard work of the soldiers in the summer sun, she could not hide her emotions: "The weather in the North is very hot, but the spirit of the soldiers is wonderful. They practice very enthusiastically to prepare for the September 2nd holiday. I feel very proud and happy to be here today."
For Ms. Tam, the training session was not only a rare opportunity to see soldiers training with her own eyes, but also a memorable memory in her old age.
Nguyen Quoc Huy, 22 years old, from Bac Ninh , was present at the Cultural Village from 6 am with three friends. Although he did not know the specific content of the practice in advance, Huy could not hide his emotions: "I feel very beautiful, very proud and happy. This is the first time in my life that I have witnessed the beauty of the country and peace like this."
Not only was Huy moved by the performance, he also expressed his gratitude: "I would like to thank the soldiers not only for this training session, but also for all the silent sacrifices to protect the Fatherland. I wish you good health to continue to keep Vietnam developing and peaceful."
Minh Thu and Kim Yen from Thanh Tri (Hanoi) traveled nearly 50 km from 4:30 am to witness the practice session with their own eyes: "We rode motorbikes, the weather was 37-38 degrees, but we still found it very memorable and unforgettable."
Sitting under the sun, sweating profusely, Minh Thu still could not hide her admiration: "You guys wear thick military uniforms, practice regularly under the sun but still seriously, I am very interested. Just watching one session, I can see how hard they work." And she did not forget to send a message: "I wish you soldiers good health to practice and prepare for a complete and magnificent parade."
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Nam (Political Commissar of the Air Defense - Air Force Parade Company) encouraged soldiers of the standing block of the Air Defense - Air Force.
The rehearsals will continue in the coming days, open to the public and visitors to follow the instructions. The Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism is currently serving bus route 107 (Kim Ma - Dong Mo), creating favorable conditions for people from Hanoi and neighboring provinces to visit and follow the parade.

In the context of the whole country heading towards the historical milestone of 80 years of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, training sessions like this are not only a careful preparation of rituals, but also an opportunity to foster patriotism, national pride and belief in the strength of the Vietnam People's Army.
