The Army Academy improves the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline work.

Attending the event were representatives of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission; the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Academy, and 32 grassroots Party organizations throughout the Academy.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Party committees at all levels regularly pay attention to leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision work, demonstrating leadership, combativeness, and effectiveness.

The organization and implementation of inspection and supervision work has become increasingly systematic and in-depth, promoting the leadership and direction of Party committees and Inspection Committees. The awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members, especially leaders, have been increasingly enhanced.

The guiding viewpoint of "supervision must be expanded, inspection must have focus and key points" has been thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented; the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision have been significantly improved.

Specifically, during the term, the Academy Party Committee, Party committees at all levels and Party cells completed 100% of the inspection work plan. Party committees and Party organizations at all levels conducted inspections of 56 Party organizations and more than 1,530 Party members (an increase of 0.9% compared to the 2015-2020 term). The Academy Party Committee alone directly inspected 14 grassroots Party organizations and 28 Party committee members were in charge.

The Inspection Committees at all levels have proactively advised and assisted Party Committees in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of inspection and supervision work and in performing tasks according to the Party Charter; at the same time, they have strengthened solidarity and unity, contributing to helping Party Committees lead units to successfully complete assigned political tasks.

Through inspection and supervision, many limitations and shortcomings have been discovered and promptly corrected; gradually preventing signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization.

Thereby, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, strengthening solidarity and unity within the Party Committee, building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Academy, a strong Academy in all aspects, and successfully completing assigned tasks.

Representatives of the Party Cell of the Faculty of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought participated in the discussion and presented papers at the conference.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing, analyzing, and clarifying the advantages and shortcomings in the inspection and supervision work of the past term; at the same time, recommending and proposing practical solutions to further improve the effectiveness of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement of the Party Committee of the Army Academy in the coming time.

Major General Tran Danh Khai especially praised the role and high sense of responsibility of the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries in leading and directing the Party building work. Party committees and Party cells at all levels have done a good job in handling petitions, complaints, receiving citizens as well as enforcing Party discipline; thereby, contributing to helping the Academy successfully complete its political tasks over the past 5 years.

In the coming time, Major General Tran Danh Khai requested the Party Committee of the Academy, Party committees at all levels and affiliated Party cells to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the resolutions and directives of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , the Secretariat, the Central Military Commission, the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission and the Party Committee of the Academy. On that basis, it is necessary to develop specific plans and concretize annual resolutions to effectively organize the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline.

He emphasized the need to strengthen inspection when there are signs of violations, expand the scope of supervision to promptly detect and prevent violations by party organizations and party members, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization.

Along with that, it is necessary to promote education, training, raising awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members, especially party committees at all levels in inspection and supervision work. The Party Committee of the Academy also needs to focus on organizing specialized training, enhancing the application of digital transformation, improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision work, meeting the requirements of Party building in the new situation.
