Lang Ward organizes art program to welcome local government at 2 levels

Speaking at the opening of the program, Vice Chairman of Lang Ward People's Committee Vu Xuan Tien said: From July 1, 2025, according to the policy and direction of the Central Government, the whole country will implement a two-level local government model.

This is a major milestone, demonstrating the political determination of the Party and State in innovating governance methods, streamlining the apparatus, and further enhancing the spirit of serving the people.

According to the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Ward, the art program is not only a cultural activity, a spirit of welcoming the important event, but also an opportunity for people of all walks of life to express their solidarity and firm belief in the leadership of the Party and the effectiveness of the new government model.

Two-level local government is not only a change in administrative organization, but also a strong transformation in the approach and service to the people. In this new model, the ward, as the level of government closest to the people, will increasingly promote initiative, creativity, and be closer to the practical life of the people.

“With the two-level government model officially in operation, we pledge to continuously strive to improve management capacity, build a fair, effective, people-friendly, and people-serving administration,” emphasized comrade Vu Xuan Tien.

At the art program, singers and actors from art clubs and units brought 23 performances with the theme of praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, and praising the homeland and country.

The program aims to widely disseminate and introduce to cadres, party members and people the correct and timely policies of the Party and State in implementing the two-level local government model, contributing to raising awareness, creating consensus and trust among the people in the cause of innovation, construction and development of the country. At the same time, the program also arouses pride in the revolutionary tradition, the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity of the Party Committee, government and people.
