Revealing Phuong My Chi's song and look in the semi-finals of Sing! Asia

Phuong My Chi and Chinese singer Kha Lau will collaborate in the semi-finals of Sing! Asia.

Recently, Sing! Asia released a trailer for the semi-final match.

According to the rules of the game, 10 contestants will pair up into 5 teams. The 3 teams with the highest total votes will advance to the next round.

Phuong My Chi is on the same team as singer Kha Lau. In the trailer, the young singers show their determination. They will perform the song "Vu tru co anh" - Phuong My Chi's hit.

As their strengths, both wore costumes inspired by traditional culture. They were considered to have golden voices, good techniques and stood out in the competition.

Before the semi-finals, Phuong My Chi was close and had talked with Kha Lau. When choosing a team, even though singer Amsyar chose it, Kha Lau was still determined to be on the same team as Phuong My Chi.

Kha Lau is 22 years old, who became known after participating in the program The Voice of China 2023. She is a fairly new face in the Chinese entertainment industry.

However, in Sing! Asia, Kha Lau is a strong contestant, with good technique and versatile performance ability. She sang the song "Old Words" which combines Chinese opera and Kunqu and won the previous round.

Phuong My Chi and Kha Lau have in common good singing voices, and both pursue music that combines folk and modern elements.

Kha Lau is different from most other contestants. While many artists are supported by a team and invested in their performance, Kha Lau prepared everything himself and participated in the competition alone.

Therefore, she was still shy and hesitant when stepping onto the stage on the first day of the competition. However, in the following rounds, the young singer had a clear breakthrough, winning a place in the semi-finals.
