The conference announced the decision to establish the Border Guard Command Party Committee under the Provincial Military Party Committee, including 1 grassroots Party Committee, 4 unit Party Committees and 19 subordinate Party cells. Appointed the Border Guard Command Party Committee Executive Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee.

Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac (right) presented the decision to appoint Secretary of the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command, under the Military Party Committee of Dien Bien province.

The Party Executive Committee of the Border Guard Command for the 2025-2030 term consists of 15 comrades. Colonel Nham Van Manh holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command.

In addition, the Dien Bien Provincial Military Party Committee also announced the decision on appointing the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrades in the Party Executive Committee of the Border Guard Command received the decision.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac affirmed: This is an important milestone for the Dien Bien Provincial Military Party Committee in general and the Border Guard Command Party Committee in particular.

  After being established, with many new tasks and high requirements, the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command needs to immediately develop leadership regulations and coordination regulations to lead, direct, and guide agencies and units in implementing tasks.

Advise the Provincial Military Party Committee on coordination regulations with the police force, local Party committees and authorities of border communes.
