Accordingly, the People's Committee of Quoc Khanh commune is responsible for organizing the announcement of recognized tourist attractions; implementing the management of tourist attractions according to the provisions of the Law on Tourism and relevant laws. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism guides the management and exploitation; implementing state management of tourism for the tourist attractions of Coc Muoi cave, Pac Lung - Ky Lang according to regulations.
Coc Muoi Cave is a natural limestone cave with a unique, magical stalactite system and fresh, cool air all year round. The cave belongs to the Pac Lung - Ky Lang historical relic site. On April 11, 1938, this place marked the establishment of the first Communist Party cell of the old Trang Dinh district (the place has now been dissolved and divided into commune-level administrative units) , under the chairmanship of comrade Hoang Van Thu - a typical senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution. This place has a special historical significance, contributingto educating the revolutionary tradition for the younger generation.
The recognition of Coc Muoi Cave, Pac Lung - Ky Lang has increased the total number of tourist attractions in the province to 55. This is an important basis for relevant levels and sectors to implement investment activities, upgrade infrastructure, and develop specific tourism products associated with the actual conditions of each locality.
