Most of the received records were in the fields of notarization, land sector linkage under the Provincial Land Registration Office, social insurance sector linkage, etc.
However, due to the implementation of the interconnected public service, receiving documents is difficult; searching for national population data and software of the Ministry of Justice related to administrative procedures is not smooth; administrative procedures on document components are not complete compared to the announcement decision; officials and civil servants are taking advantage of equipment at the old unit, so most of it has been degraded.

Comrade Phan Van Thuong said that the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Home Affairs will continue to research and advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on arranging job positions and assigning staff, civil servants and public employees appropriately, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the apparatus after the merger.
At the same time, comrade Phan Van Thuong suggested that local Party committees and authorities should pay attention to ideological work, stabilize psychology, create peace of mind and solidarity among cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees. The assessment of capacity and strengths should be carried out objectively, publicly and transparently, creating conditions for each individual to best promote their role and responsibility in each working position.
He also noted the need to carefully prepare for the organization of the next term Party Congress, focusing on building targets, tasks, and directions that are close to the actual situation and suitable for the new administrative unit after the merger.
