Accordingly, Mr. Vu Thanh Lam (52 years old, Chief Justice of the former Binh Chanh District People's Court) was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the Criminal Court of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. The Deputy Chief Justices of the Criminal Court of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court include: Mr. Le Thanh Hieu, Mr. Huynh Van Truc, Mr. Nguyen Huynh Duc and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Dao Minh Da (56 years old, Chief Justice of the Criminal Court of the former Binh Duong Province) to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Civil Court of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Deputy Chief Justices of the Civil Court of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court include: Mr. Truong Van Hien, Ms. Chau Kim Anh, Ms. Bui Thi Kim Dung, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen Hang, Ms. Dinh Thi Mong Tuyet, Mr. Phan Tri Dung and Mr. Truong Van Tam.

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Phu Quoc Tuan (45 years old, former Chief Justice of Phu Nhuan District People's Court) to hold the position of Chief of Office of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Deputy Chiefs of Office of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court include: Mr. Nguyen Van Huynh, Ms. Ly Thi Le Thuy, Ms. Nguyen Mai Tram, Mr. Sy Hong Nam, Ms. Mai Tran Canh and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Truc.

The Deputy Heads of the Directorate, Inspection, Audit and Enforcement Department of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court include: Mr. Nguyen Van Tri, Mr. Trinh Hoang Anh, Mr. Nguyen Huu Muon, Mr. Lai Huynh Tu, Mr. Nguyen Dac Cuong and Ms. Tran Thi Hanh.
Appointed Ms. Tran Thi Thuong (53 years old, Head of the Personnel Department of the former Ho Chi Minh City People's Court) to hold the position of Head of the Personnel Department of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Deputy Heads of the Personnel Department of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court include: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Thanh, Mr. Pham Cong Toai, Ms. Dang Manh Doan Trang, Mr. Hoang Bich Son, Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh and Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thao.
The term of office of the above-mentioned Chief Justice, Head of Department, and Chief of Office is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.

At the ceremony, Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court Le Thanh Phong expressed his gratitude to the individuals who had successfully completed their tasks and devoted themselves to the cause of building the People's Courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau before the merger of the three localities. At the same time, he congratulated the individuals who had been entrusted with new responsibilities at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court.
In the coming time, appointed individuals need to overcome difficulties and challenges to fulfill their tasks and focus on the work of reviewing and re-examining judgments.
According to Chief Justice Le Thanh Phong, the regional People's Courts have been given increased authority but not increased staff. Therefore, it is important to note that specialized courts need to focus on removing obstacles; providing professional guidance to regional courts so that they can successfully complete their assigned tasks.
