Communist Magazines' delegation works with the Provincial Party Standing Committee

On the afternoon of July 4, at the Provincial Party Committee Hall, the Communist Magazine Working Group led by Comrade Hoang Trung Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine, had a working session with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Receiving and working with the delegation, the leaders of Tuyen Quang province were: Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

At the working session, the Communist Magazine delegation listened to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee report on the general situation of the province after completing the merger of provincial administrative units and operating the 2-level local government model.

After the merger, the local Party committees of the province have closely followed the Central's direction to seriously and synchronously implement the contents in accordance with the requirements of the plan. Key tasks such as: perfecting the organizational structure, announcing personnel decisions, organizing Party Committee Conferences, Commune People's Council meetings, building Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers, reviewing assets, administrative records, arranging facilities... have all been proactively implemented by localities according to schedule and professional requirements.

The government demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, proactively coordinating with relevant agencies and units to resolve arising difficulties, especially in organizing political and administrative conferences and handling problems related to records, finance and personnel.

Some communes and wards have demonstrated thorough, scientific and creative preparation in implementing tasks. The synchronous and harmonious coordination between Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, together with the consensus of cadres and people, are factors contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the political system.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee reported on the results of propaganda coordination between Tuyen Quang province and the Communist Magazine in the past time. Accordingly, the Communist Magazine has accompanied the province in propagating theoretical and political issues, promptly reflecting the work of Party building, the political system, and socio-economic development, especially in the period of transforming the government model.

The delegates expressed their joy at the results that Tuyen Quang province has achieved in the merger of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces. Thereby, they clearly saw the opportunities, advantages, and potentials and strengths of the two localities after the merger.

Delegates also discussed difficulties in operating the two-level local government model, especially in terms of institutions and human resources; good practices and experiences in the process of propaganda, especially in building topics to effectively convey propaganda content and objectives...

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Hoang Trung Dung, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine, highly appreciated Tuyen Quang province’s efforts in implementing the Party’s major policies. He affirmed that Tuyen Quang is on the right track and is one of the localities effectively implementing the two-level government model.

This is an important premise for sustainable development in the new period. He also shared that the initial steps after the merger cannot avoid difficulties, especially since the province's area is large, and digital transformation work still has limitations. He hopes that in the coming time, the province and the Magazine will promote the signing of cooperation agreements with closer coordination in propaganda work, magazine subscriptions, and organizing press competitions...

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh thanked the Central leaders, including the Communist Magazine, for their attention to the province. Thereby, timely encouragement and creation of conditions for the province to have opportunities for development. The merger of provincial administrative units is a major and correct policy of the Party, with long-term strategic significance. Tuyen Quang identified this as a key political task and has made efforts to implement it methodically, drastically, synchronously and democratically.

He emphasized that Tuyen Quang is a province with a large area and many difficulties in socio-economic development. To overcome difficulties and exploit the potential and strengths of the province, he also pointed out a number of key tasks that the province needs to identify in the coming time. In particular, the identification of breakthroughs and key tasks of the province will be carefully considered based on actual conditions, making the most of the support and investment from the Central Government.

Along with that, we will pay attention to the staff, balance and arrange them reasonably. The conversion work will be implemented strongly and systematically, especially in remote areas.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the Communist Magazine will continue to pay attention, accompany and help the province spread practical experiences, good models and effective methods in Party building, socio-economic development and innovation of state management models in the locality.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented the relief of the Statue of Uncle Ho with the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province to the Editorial Board of the Communist Magazine.

He proposed that Tuyen Quang province sign a coordination regulation with the Communist Magazine in the coming time. The working session affirmed the good coordination relationship between the Communist Magazine and Tuyen Quang province, which is a premise to enhance the effectiveness of political theory propaganda work, serving the task of sustainable development of the province in the coming time.
