Humanity spreads
After the merger of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang provincial administrative units, many officials from Ha Giang moved to Tuyen Quang to work. In each journey, there are beautiful stories of the people of Tuyen Quang welcoming their brothers into the same house.
Mr. Hoang Van Quyen and Ms. Nong Thi Hoa still cannot believe that on their journey to transfer from Ha Giang to work, they have met so many good people. The sincerity and kindness of their colleagues, landlords and even their new neighbors make the words of thanks they send to them not enough.
Ms. Hoa said that both her husband and she worked in the police force, and both had to move to the provincial center for work, so their two young children had to follow them. If it were just one person, it would not be such a big deal, but for her family of four, food and accommodation were a big problem. However, all her worries and concerns were resolved, the staff in the unit where she and her husband worked proactively took responsibility for finding a house and paying a deposit so that when her family moved back, they would have a place to live right away. Ms. Hoa shared with an emotional voice: Although they had never met, known each other's names, and perhaps only made phone calls to exchange housing information, when they knew that she and her husband and children were from Ha Giang, the landlord waited to help transport and arrange their belongings.
Mr. Le Van Duong, group 18, Minh Xuan ward, who rented a house to Mr. and Mrs. Hoa - Quyen, excitedly shared: His family does business, the house that his family had just rented out before was used to store goods. Seeing that the cadres from Ha Giang who were returning for work really needed a place to stay, he moved the goods to a further warehouse and renovated the house to rent at the most affordable price. According to Mr. Duong, for him, renting a house is not an economic story, but he feels that he has done something meaningful for his brothers who have just moved back from Ha Giang to have a decent place to live.
The story of Hoa and Quyen is no exception. Many meaningful stories are being spread, and everyone feels shared and cared for.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Long, who has just taken up a new job at the Department of Agriculture and Environment, shared: He and 51 colleagues returned in the first batch, a few registered to stay in official housing, the rest looked for rental houses around the city for convenience in work, living and traveling. Mr. Long was very happy that the landlord of the house he and his 2 colleagues rented was very generous, they left almost all the furniture from tables and chairs, gas stove, air conditioner in the house for his colleagues to borrow while they had not had time to buy anything.
Units with public housing such as: Farmers' Association, Provincial Military Command, Department of Finance, Provincial Political School... campus and rooms are neatly arranged to meet the needs of food and accommodation for cadres returning from Ha Giang.
According to feedback from the community, although the demand for housing is very high at this time, businesses and households with houses and rooms for rent still keep prices stable, even posting prices so that customers can grasp information and choose comfortably. Currently, prices range from 2 - 3.5 million VND/apartment; 1 - 1.5 million VND/room depending on area and usage.
Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, group 5, Minh Xuan ward, one of many families with rooms for rent, shared: When he knew that there was a tenant from Ha Giang, he proactively lowered the house price from 1.5 million VND to 1.2 - 1.3 million VND/month/room with all necessary amenities, such as air conditioner, refrigerator... In addition to lowering the room price, Mr. Ngoc also "free" - free wifi, parking... so that the tenants feel most comfortable. Mr. Ngoc shared that money is also valuable, but what he feels satisfied with is that his brothers from Ha Giang work with peace of mind, are happy, and quickly integrate into the new environment.
Those stories of humanity do not stop at supporting food and accommodation, Tuyen Quang colleagues are willing to share a comfortable but cozy working space so that new colleagues do not feel confused or lost, and can quickly get into the rhythm of work.
In some departments and branches, leaders did not hesitate to give up their fully furnished rooms to their new colleagues from Ha Giang, and they took the loss. In specialized rooms, which were originally only for 1 or 2 to 3 people to work in, now, for the common goal, they are ready to clean up their belongings, rearrange tables and chairs to create more space to welcome new colleagues.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thoan, Head of Price Management, Public Assets and Corporate Finance - Department of Finance shared: Sharing workspace is the best way to bond, help new colleagues not feel lost, and quickly get into the rhythm of common work.
These days, the soldiers of the Provincial Military Command are also ready to support departments, agencies, and units in transporting furniture, documents, and arranging working space for returning Ha Giang cadres. Young soldier Le Viet Thanh excitedly shared: Standing side by side with cadres and people in all activities, the soldiers of the unit are always ready to support in spirit anytime, anywhere. All for the common goal, for the development of the province.
Faith and aspiration
The merger of the two provinces has opened a new chapter for the Northeast region of Vietnam, but for each cadre returning from Ha Giang like Hoa and her husband, Quyen or Long, changing the working environment, leaving their families and familiar lands is certainly not an easy thing. However, the sharing and solidarity of people like Thoan, Ngoc and Duong has given them faith in the future.
According to Nguyen Duy Long, he was a bit confused when he first moved here, but the affection and care of his colleagues and neighbors like family gave him undying faith in the future. Long said he vowed to make constant efforts to excellently complete the tasks assigned to him at the unit and be a model citizen in the residential group.
Not only young and enthusiastic staff, but also those with many years of experience in the profession have put their trust in this "common home". Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, a medical specialist with more than 20 years of experience from the Ha Giang Center for Disease Control, now working in Tuyen Quang, shared: "We bring our experience, knowledge and heart from Ha Giang here. Hopefully, our joint efforts will contribute to building a better quality healthcare system, fully meeting the healthcare needs of people in the whole province".
The belief and aspiration for a bright future not only comes from expectations of socio-economic development, all Tuyen Quang people today have envisioned the future of a new province with a new position, where individual aspirations are blended into the collective aspirations of a prosperous future.
The stories of love, sharing in work and daily life are still being written, and each story of humanity and connection will be a stroke to embellish the picture of development and prosperity of this new land. The Tuyen Quang Common House is not only a place on the map, but also a symbol of love, sharing and an undying belief in the power of solidarity.
Speaking at a recent meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh affirmed: Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang have come together under one roof, the strength has been resonated by the solidarity of blood brothers and comrades in that house. That strength and solidarity will certainly bring Tuyen Quang to a new height.
