Proactively create conditions for Ha Giang officials to transfer back
Comrade PHAM QUOC CHUONG |
Identifying that the merger of provinces is not only an administrative change but also an integration and connection between people, Minh Xuan ward has proactively created conditions for cadres from Ha Giang to move back to live in the locality. For the children of cadres who moved back with their parents, the ward has coordinated quickly to arrange suitable schools and classrooms, ensuring that their studies are not interrupted. At the same time, actively working with neighborhood groups and residential areas to review and count the existing housing fund in the area, actively supporting cadres in finding housing when necessary. Functional forces in the ward also organize propaganda and mobilize businesses to sign commitments to stabilize market prices, publicly post prices, and avoid unreasonable surcharges. Although there are still many difficulties in terms of resources, the ward government has identified that listening and resolving initial problems is the factor that helps transferred cadres feel secure in their work and quickly integrate into local life.
Quickly stabilize life
Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huyen Office of People's Aspirations Information, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council. |
Thanks to the timely and enthusiastic support and assistance from colleagues and friends, when my family returned to take up a new assignment in the province, we were able to rent a house immediately. This helped my family quickly stabilize their lives, reducing the psychological burden of moving to a new environment. In addition, at my workplace, the agency also created favorable conditions for me to arrange full equipment for work, so when I returned to take up a new assignment in the province, I quickly integrated, without being distracted by external factors. This directly improved the efficiency and quality of work. This concern has created favorable conditions for me to promote my capacity, actively contribute to the overall development of Tuyen Quang , and at the same time strengthen the solidarity between the two localities.
Sharing and helping Ha Giang officials
Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang Group 6, Nong Tien ward. |
As soon as we learned about the plan to merge Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, with Tuyen Quang province being the headquarter, meaning that Ha Giang officials would have to return to Tuyen Quang province to work; my family and I always wanted to share and help those officials who had moved from Ha Giang. We actively contacted to find accommodation for our friends who were currently working in Ha Giang to move to Tuyen Quang to work, and at the same time, we provided directions to places that provided essential services such as Tam Co market, Phan Thiet market, the provincial General Hospital, schools, etc. in the area.
Thereby, contributing with the new Tuyen Quang provincial government to create a favorable working environment for the staff to continue to contribute to the overall development of the province.
Willing to support Ha Giang officials to work with peace of mind
Mr. Nguyen Kim Cuong Landlord in Minh Xuan ward. |
After the administrative unit was reorganized, I saw many cadres from Ha Giang being transferred to Tuyen Quang to work. Most of them were young, traveling alone, unfamiliar with the country, so finding a stable place to live was not easy. I considered them as my children and grandchildren, and I would help them in any way I could, as long as they could work with peace of mind and complete their assigned tasks.
The rent remains the same as before, no increase even though the cost of living has changed. Having new children who are still confused and have many difficulties, I also create conditions to reduce the rent a little for the first month so that the children have time to arrange. Nothing big, just a little sharing of small things in daily life.
The children come from far away, and at first they are confused, so I help them a little so they can quickly adapt to their new life. Once they get used to it and feel secure in their work, they will be able to stay here for a long time, it will be their second home, a warm and close home.
