Strengthening the promotion and introduction to international friends and the overseas Vietnamese community of a beautiful, powerful, rich in identity, dynamic Vietnam on the way to enter a new era, an era of national growth.
At the same time, serving the propaganda work to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in a number of countries around the world, on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the host country. This is an opportunity for Vietnam to proudly look back on the past, affirming to the world that Vietnam is a country with a thousand-year history of civilization, peaceful, beautiful, open, hospitable, dynamically developing and a happy country. Vietnam is also increasingly affirming itself as an attractive destination for international investors and tourists.
