Practical training group at Vietnam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (VOSCO)
During the program, the delegation visited and worked at three typical units of the Corporation in the Hai Phong area. At Vietnam Maritime Transport Joint Stock Company (Vosco), the delegation learned about the business model and development process of the enterprise. On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of its establishment, Head of General Planning Department Vu Truong Tho led the delegation to visit the modern traditional room, which vividly recreated the journey of formation and development of Vosco over the past half century. Officers and interns also had the opportunity to observe the cockpit and engine room simulation system - equipment that plays an essential role in training, standardizing skills and improving the capacity of crew members before going to sea.

Continuing the program, the delegation visited Tan Vu Port Branch - Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company. Branch Deputy Director Trinh Duc Duy gave an overview of the organizational model, operating capacity and some outstanding output indicators in the past time. After the introduction, the delegation visited the operating site at the container terminal, directly observed the loading and unloading processes, operating shore bridge equipment, controlling the flow and operating the Smart Gate.

Practical study group at Tan Vu Branch - Hai Phong Port
The journey ends at Wharfs 3 and 4 of Lach Huyen Port - a large-scale deep-water port with a strategic location in the North. Here, the delegation learned about the ship reception process, production organization and exploitation capacity of one of the most important international gateway port clusters in the country. Witnessing the activities at Lach Huyen helped participants have an overview of the investment scale, operational capacity as well as safety and technical standards in deep-water port exploitation.

Practical experience – strengthening professional foundation
Through the program, transferred staff and interns have more opportunities to observe production and exploitation processes, and access the specific working environment of businesses in the field of maritime transport and logistics directly. The trip contributes to supplementing practical knowledge, creating favorable conditions for the learning process and career development in the maritime industry.
The program also demonstrates VIMC 's interest in creating opportunities for young staff and employees to connect practice with expertise, thereby improving their capacity and understanding of the entire system - an important factor in developing high-quality human resources for the Corporation in the new period.
