The 19th People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, 10th session on June 26, 2025, has just passed a Resolution on Supporting people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs who have built new or repaired houses from 2013 to December 31, 2024 but have not yet received support in Tuyen Quang province.

structured, the subjects of application are household of people with revolutionary contributions ( specified in points a, b, d, dd, e, g, h, i, k, l, m in Clause 1, Article 3 of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for People with Revolutionary Contributions dated December 9, 2020 ) and relatives of martyrs who have built or repaired houses from 2013 to December 31, 2024 but have not received support from central and local budget sources, sources of Gratitude Funds at all levels and socialized capital sources.

One-time direct support in cash for households with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs at the following levels:

- For new house construction: 60,000,000 VND/household.

- For home repair: 30,000,000 VND/household.
