- Subjects and forms of participation
- Subjects: All officers, employees, crew members, and workers currently working at the parent company - Vietnam National Shipping Lines and member enterprises of VIMC.
- Form of participation: Staff can participate in 2 forms: individually and in groups.
- Content of initiatives and ideas
The initiatives and ideas participating in the contest focus on the following 5 areas:
– Initiatives serving production and business: These are initiatives related to core activities that create added value and operational efficiency. Including solutions to improve and streamline production processes, promote exploitation productivity, optimize labor productivity, costs, improve business efficiency of fleet exploitation, seaports and logistics supply chains, focus on customers, contribute to improving competitiveness for the unit and the entire Corporation system.
– Sustainable development initiatives: These are initiatives aimed at the environment, community, long-term effectiveness, and sustainable development. Priority is given to ideas that contribute to saving energy, reducing waste, reusing resources, improving labor safety, and protecting the environment; Thus, aiming for harmonious development between economic efficiency, social responsibility, and sustainability in operations.
– Corporate culture initiatives: Creative ideas in implementing, promoting and spreading corporate culture. Through initiatives, aiming to build a positive working environment, connect employees, spread core cultural values, innovate internal communication forms; thereby creating trust, pride and unique identity of the Corporation.
– Unique and different initiatives: These are breakthrough ideas, beyond the usual framework, unprecedented in the system. These initiatives can open up completely new directions, with the potential to create a major turning point if researched, developed and deployed appropriately in practice.
– Initiatives to innovate mechanisms, policies, and regulations: These are ideas “based on the practical land of enterprises” to propose “breakthrough of breakthrough” solutions to perfect the institutions, mechanisms, policies, and regulations of enterprises, including initiatives to improve management methods, administrative procedures, decision-making processes, and internal operations.
- Time and form of organization
The competition will take place from June 2025 to December 2025 with 2 main rounds:
4.1. Round 1 – Member enterprise level : From June 2025 to September 30, 2025
The enterprise launches an internal competition and selects the best initiatives in each field to participate in round 2 - Corporation level.
4.2. Round 2 – Corporation Level: From October 1, 2025 to December 2025
- January 10, 2025 – 24:00 October 15, 2025: Receive entries from business units
- 15/11/2025: Announcing the 10 best initiatives and ideas
- January 12, 2025 – 8:00 PM, December 15, 2025: Conduct voting for the best initiatives and ideas
- December 2025: Top 10 initiatives will present before the Corporation-level Jury
4.3 Honoring and awarding: Expected to be held at VIMC's 2026 Mission Deployment Conference

5.1. Organizing Committee's Award
– 01 First Prize: 50,000,000 VND/prize
– 02 Second prizes: 30,000,000 VND/prize
– 03 Third prizes: 20,000,000 VND/prize
– 05 Consolation prizes: 10,000,000 VND/prize
5.2. Facebook Audience Choice Award
01 Most Favorite Entry Prize (Entry with the most likes and shares): 10,000,000 VND/prize
