Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy of Cam Lam Mixed Urban Area Project.

Regarding the construction investment plan, the selected investor will be responsible for synchronously constructing all technical infrastructure inside and outside the project, connecting with the common infrastructure of the area. After completion, this infrastructure will be handed over to the local government for management and operation according to regulations, ensuring quality and consistency. In particular, public land funds such as cultural - sports land, medical land, commercial service land (market) will be handed over in its original state, with full infrastructure for local management after completion. The land area for the hospital (more than 64,000m²) will also be built by the investor and handed over to the State to implement a separate project.Educational land areas from kindergarten to high school will be invested and completed; After that, the investor has the right to operate, exploit business or transfer to secondary investors. For residential land and commercial service land, investors will build the rough construction and complete the exterior of low-rise houses (townhouses, villas); apartment blocks, social housing and commercial service works will be fully completed, ready to be put into operation or transferred. Regarding architectural design, the entire construction scale and land use structure of the project will be determined in detail in the 1/500 planning step, and must comply with the approved zoning plan, current construction standards and regulations.

The project's duration is 50 years (from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, lease land, or change land use purpose). The project implementation progress is 6 years from the date the investor is allocated land, leased land, or changes land use purpose by the State; expected to start in the first quarter of 2026. The project is implemented in the form of bidding to select investors.
