At the Public Administration Service Center of 95 communes and wards, 187 staff have been arranged to receive records and return results of land administrative procedures.
In the early days of operating the two-level local government, the work of receiving land records was smooth. However, due to the distance between the land registration office branch and the commune administrative service center, the circulation and processing of records encountered some difficulties, more or less affecting the progress of processing records, as well as ensuring the quality of service to the people.
In some communes, due to the large population of ethnic areas, people's access to technology is uneven, leading to difficulties in submitting applications and collecting fees online. Reception staff must directly support and guide, so it takes a long time to complete.
