At around 7:00 pm on July 6, Nong The Tai, born in 2011, expressed in Bach Ngoc commune, Tuyen Quang province, was suffering from hemolytic anemia and was being treated at Ha Giang General Hospital (Tuyen Quang province) in need of an urgent transfusion of blood type B. However, because the hospital's blood reserves had run out, the patient was in critical condition.

Immediately after receiving the information, Major Sung Mi Long and Private Ha Xuan Dinh, officers of the Mobile Police Department, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, quickly arrived at the hospital, donated 2 units of blood, and promptly helped the patient overcome the critical condition.
