The first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of July 8, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee held its first conference for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on: Appointing the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 33 comrades; appointing the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, consisting of 10 comrades; appointing comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; appointing comrades Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee; appointing the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, consisting of 7 comrades; appointing comrade Ngo Xuan Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee emphasized: The conference is of great significance, marking a new step in Party building work in state administrative agencies, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, spoke at the conference.

The conference focused on discussing and giving opinions on: Working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision on assigning tasks to Standing members, members of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee; Decision on establishing branches and grassroots Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee; Inspection and supervision program of the Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision on establishing specialized agencies to assist the Party Committee; Decide on perfecting the Working Group to assist the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, comments were given on the contents and documents to prepare for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee spoke at the conference.

In his closing speech at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee, highly appreciated the frank, responsible, and quality discussions, demonstrating the enthusiasm and intelligence of the delegates in the right perspective for the common development of the province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha spoke at the conference.

Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized: The new province after the merger has twice the space, population, and area as before, so the work will double. Therefore, each cadre cannot maintain the old way of working, must change from thinking to awareness and action.

Comrade Van Dinh Thao, Director of the Department of Finance, spoke at the conference.

The Party Committee's supporting agencies received the delegates' opinions and completed the Working Regulations of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term in a concise, succinct, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember and easy-to-implement manner; demonstrate unity: "unanimity from top to bottom, clarity from top to bottom" and "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility and clear authority".

Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc agreed with the policy of establishing advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee and establishing a working group, perfecting sub-committees to serve the Provincial Party Congress and the proposed plan to establish grassroots Party cells and committees.

He noted that the establishment of grassroots party committees must adhere to the principles of Party organization, within authority, and be associated with the consolidation of Party committees and subordinate party cells, ensuring continuity and organizational stability throughout the term.

Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc assigned the Party Committee Office and specialized agencies of the Party Committee to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to receive comments and contributions to edit, supplement and complete the documents submitted to the Provincial Party Congress to ensure quality.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review many important contents and give opinions on the contents presented at the Conference of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee.
