Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung works with Dong Gia Nghia ward

According to the report, to implement the operation of the 2-level local government, up to now, the Ward Party Committee has organized a Conference of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee to approve the Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030; promote the key work program for the last 6 months of 2025.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, discussed some issues that need to be clarified at the working session with the Standing Committee of Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee.

At the same time, the locality has assigned tasks to comrades in the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee; issued decisions to establish advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, and specialized departments and offices of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward to promptly start operating, without interrupting work or leaving the vacant area.

Comrade Ho Xuan Hau, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee, said that the locality will review all outstanding issues, identify urgent and long-term issues to ensure smooth operations, and avoid work interruptions that affect people and businesses.

Regarding the leadership and direction of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Ward Party Committee has issued plans to organize and propagate the congress; decided to establish propaganda subcommittees, documents, support groups and many other documents to ensure the congress takes place solemnly, economically and effectively.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung emphasized that the new 2-level local government model has just come into operation, so there will be difficulties and problems arising in the implementation process. Local Party committees and authorities must proactively enhance their sense of responsibility, make efforts, perform all tasks well, not leave areas vacant, operate closely and in accordance with regulations.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, requested the Standing Committee of Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee to ensure smooth operation of the apparatus and prepare all necessary conditions to organize the Ward Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Local government has only 2 levels, so its activities need to be closer to the people, faster in handling all procedures related to the people, and taking people's satisfaction as a measure of work efficiency.

Regarding the preparation work for the Ward Party Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung requested that the drafting of the political report must ensure two contents: objectively and fully assess required the achievements, concerns, and causes of the past term; at the same time, determine the direction and tasks of the 2025-2030 term.

The draft political report needs to be consistent with the requirements of the new space, new conditions and general orientation of the Central Government and the province; promoting the potential and advantages of the locality after the merger.

The draft political report must be objective and rigorous, and provide appropriate resolutions, ensure Party spirit, combativeness and considerations. The Dong Gia Nghia Ward Party Committee needs to do a good job of preparation and is determined to complete the Congress in July 2025.
