Along with the youth of the whole country, Lam Dong youth also mobilized to support more than 24,750 people at the Public Administration Service Center and One-Stop Department of communes, wards and special zones in the whole province.
This is a key activity to accompany the government and people nationwide in the context of rearranging administrative units according to the 2-level local government model.
The program is implemented with the aim of promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of union members and young people in supporting local authorities in performing administrative tasks and digital transformation; at the same time, helping people effectively access online public services.
This is also an environment for training and dedication for young people, contributing to building digital government and digital society right from the commune level.
The program will take place over 2 months (from July to the end of August 2025). On the morning of July 7 alone, more than 4,800 teams with nearly 241,400 union members and youths simultaneously took action in 3,321 communes, wards and special zones nationwide.
Along with that, 728 Green Summer volunteer student teams from 286 universities and colleges were also present in the localities.
The Central Youth Union clearly identified priority resources for 286 communes, wards and special zones associated with the border - these are areas that require close coordination between Youth Union chapters at all levels to ensure operational efficiency.
Based on Conclusion No. 174-KL/TW of the Politburo , the Central Youth Union Secretariat has directed provincial and municipal Youth Unions to review actual needs to establish youth volunteer teams to support the operation of the new model in border localities.
The Central-level launching ceremony was held at the Public Administration Service Center of Cau Giay Ward ( Hanoi City), with the participation of leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union, representatives of Hanoi city leaders and volunteer teams.
The program also connects online with 8 participating locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, An Giang, Thai Nguyen and Cao Bang.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, youth volunteer teams quickly deployed direct support activities at the Public Administration Service Center and One-Stop Department in communes, wards, and special zones.
The activities of the teams are divided into three main groups: The first group supports officials and civil servants in performing administrative tasks such as editing electronic resident records; entering data into the system; arranging records; and providing instructions on using public administration management software. The second group helps people and businesses access online public services such as submitting electronic records; looking up results; registering for electronic identification accounts; making cashless payments... The third group focuses on promoting digital literacy through direct classes and many creative forms of communication such as "Digital Literacy for the People", "Community Digital Technology Team".
In Lam Dong province, right after the launching ceremony, this morning, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union visited and encouraged youth volunteer teams who are directly supporting at the Public Administration Service Center and One-Stop-Shop in a number of communes and wards.

Here, the Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Youth Union encouraged the volunteers to continue to promote their dynamic and enthusiastic spirit to support officials, civil servants and people. In particular, priority was given to supporting the elderly, people in remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.
From there, it contributes to affirming the pioneering and pioneering role of young people in comprehensive digital transformation of the administrative system from the grassroots level - contributing to building a modern administration that serves the people in the most intimate and effective way.
