Mr. Nguyen Viet Nam - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ward 1 Bao Loc, said: Ward 1 Bao Loc has 36.7 hectares of 225 households and 1 organization that must be recovered to serve the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project. Of which, the expected area to be recovered from household and individuals is 32.71 hectares; the recovered land managed by the State is about 2.06 hectares and the land managed by enterprises is 2.54 hectares.

In Bao Lam 2 commune, Mr. Tran Viet Cuong - Chairman of the Commune People's Committee said: The area of land expected to be recovered locally to serve the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is 53.32 hectares with 176 households. Of which, there are about 1.5 hectares of residential land and 54 houses, the rest is agricultural land.

The expected time for land acquisition is in the third quarter of 2025 to hand over to the investor and contractor to implement the construction of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project on schedule.

The People's Committee of Ward 1, Bao Loc and Bao Lam 2 Commune are focusing on implementing tasks transferred from the district-level authorities such as measuring and counting the land area, houses, crops and assets attached to the land of families, individuals and organizations whose land is subject to recovery. This work is carried out to ensure publicity, transparency and compliance with the law.

Authorities survey, measure and count the land area subject to recovery through Ward 1, Bao Loc to serve the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project.

Local authorities are also coordinated with units, departments and branches of Lam Dong province to develop a plan to complete the land price list to implement compensation and land recovery for people and businesses whose land is subject to recovery; at the same time, deploy construction of items and works in resettlement areas to arrange for people subject to land recovery according to regulations.

The People's Committee of Ward 1, Bao Loc and Bao Lam 2 Commune requests that organizations and individuals whose land is recovered and owners of assets attached to the land are responsible for coordinating with the authorities and functional agencies in the process of investigation, survey, measurement, counting and developing compensation, support and resettlement plans.

In cases of non-compliance with the investigation, survey, measurement to determine land area, statistics on houses and other assets attached to land, the State shall carry out mandatory inventory according to the provisions of law to ensure that land recovery takes place on schedule and in accordance with the provisions of law.

Previously, on June 29, at the intersection with National Highway 27, in Tan Hoi commune (Lam Dong province), Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and the joint venture of investors held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Investment Project under the public-private partnership model (phase 1).

The project has a total investment of about 17,718 billion VND, with a length of about 73.62 km. Phase 1 of the project has a scale of 4 lanes, a roadbed width of 17 m. The investor of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project is a consortium of T&T Group, Phuong Trang Group - FUTA GROUP and Phuong Thanh Company.

The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
