Honor Guard of the Chinese People's Liberation Army

At the invitation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense , the Central Military Commission/Ministry of National Defense of China decided to send a ceremonial delegation according to national protocol to attend the parade.

A formation of 120 soldiers of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, in three distinctive uniforms of the army, navy and air force.

Russian Federation Flag Block

The Russian Federation Flag Bloc is an honor guard, representing the three branches of the Russian Armed Forces: the Army, the Aerospace Forces and the Navy.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam said that the Russian military contingent attending the parade was from the 154th Preobrazhensky Independent Guard Regiment, an honorary unit with a history dating back to the time of Peter the Great, a symbol of Russian military glory.

Today, the relationship between the Russian Armed Forces and the Vietnam People's Army is constantly being strengthened, bringing the traditional friendship and solidarity and the Vietnam - Russian Federation Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to a new height.

Lao People's Army Bloc

The Lao military bloc participating in A80 this time includes 120 soldiers, including 20 soldiers who participated in the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) of Vietnam, and 49 soldiers in the bloc participating in the Parade to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War (May 9, 1945 - May 9, 2025) in the Russian Federation.

The Lao People's Army was established in 1949. During the national liberation struggles, the Lao People's Army always stood shoulder to shoulder with the Vietnam People's Army to fight and defeat the invaders.

Today, the Lao People's Army has been built and developed comprehensively in all aspects. Defense cooperation between the two countries has been increasingly strengthened, contributing to fostering the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation.

Royal Cambodian Army Bloc

The Royal Cambodian Army delegation of 120 officers and soldiers participated in the parade. This was not only a military exchange activity, but also a vivid demonstration of the solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the Vietnam People's Army and the Royal Cambodian Army.

In the long-standing tradition of friendship and solidarity between the two countries, the Cambodian and Vietnamese armies have always stood side by side, fighting and defeating invaders.

Today, the armies of Cambodia and Vietnam continue to strengthen the friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation, contributing to protecting the independence and territorial integrity of each country, according to the motto "Good neighbors, Traditional friendship, Comprehensive cooperation, Long-term sustainability".
