Department of Health announces decisions on personnel work after merger

On the morning of July 7, Tuyen Quang Department of Health held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

The Director of the Department of Health presented the Decision to appoint Heads of professional and technical departments under the department.

At the conference, the decision of the Director of Tuyen Quang Department of Health was announced to appoint department heads and deputy department heads according to the hierarchy of staff management, in accordance with the job position, functions and tasks of each specialized department, meeting the actual requirements of the work.

After the merger, the Department consists of 9 affiliated professional departments, including: Office, Personnel Organization Department, Planning - Finance Department, Medical Affairs Department, Pharmaceutical Affairs Department, Medical Practice Management Department, Social Protection Department, Food Safety Department, Population Department.

The Director of the Department of Health presented the Decision to appoint Deputy Heads of professional and technical departments under the department.

At the conference, the Director of the Department of Health emphasized that the conference is an important milestone marking the transformation of the Tuyen Quang Health sector on the journey of innovation, integration and development. The appointment and consolidation of the leadership team at the units contributes to improving the management and operating capacity and the quality of medical examination, treatment and health care for the people. In the new period, the leaders of the Department of Health hope that the collective of cadres and employees of the entire health sector will unite, strive, innovate, and together perform well the task of protecting, caring for and improving the health of the people.

Immediately after the Conference, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Department of Health held a meeting to unify the direction and direction of professional activities between departments. The meeting emphasized the need to quickly stabilize the organization, coordinate effectively, maintain communication and implement professional tasks in the context of the newly reorganized organizational structure.
