Accordingly, the People's Committee of Hue City decided to establish 3 Project Management Boards (PMUs) for Investment and Construction of the area on the basis of merging the PMUs, the Land Fund Development Center and receiving a number of related units from districts, towns and counties.

Specifically: Project Management Board Area 1 was established from the merger of Project Management Boards and Land Fund Development Centers under the People's Committees of Phu Xuan and Thuan Hoa districts and received the Water Environment Improvement Project Management Board and KOICA Project Management Board. The Board has the function of managing construction investment projects, land fund development, compensation for site clearance and environmental projects, performing tasks in the wards: Kim Long, Huong An, Phu Xuan, Duong No, Vy Da, Thuan Hoa, Thuy Xuan, An Cuu, Hoa Chau, Thuan An, My Thuong.

Project Management Board of Area 2 was established from the merger of units of Phong Dien town, Huong Tra and Quang Dien and A Luoi districts. The Board performs the task of managing construction investment, land fund development and compensation for site clearance in the wards and communes of Phong Dien, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, Phong Quang, Phong Thai, Huong Tra, Kim Tra, Quang Dien, Dan Dien, Binh Dien and communes of A Luoi 1 to A Luoi 5.

The Project Management Board of Area 3 was established from the merger of units of Huong Thuy town, Phu Loc district and Phu Vang district. The Board performs similar functions in the wards: Thanh Thuy, Huong Thuy, Phu Bai and the communes: Phu Vinh, Phu Vang, Phu Ho, Vinh Loc, Hung Loc, Loc An, Phu Loc, Chan May - Lang Co, Long Quang, Nam Dong, Khe Tre.

In addition, according to the announced decisions, 10 officers were mobilized and appointed to the positions of Director and Deputy Director of the 3 Investment and Construction Project Management Boards of regions 1, 2 and 3.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tran Nhat Tuan, former Deputy Director of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment and Urban Development of Hue City, was appointed to the position of Director of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment, Region 1.

Mr. Ho Huu Phu, former Director of the Phong Dien Town Construction Investment Project Management Board, was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Region 2 Construction Investment Project Management Board and assigned to be in charge of the Board.

Mr. Hoang Tien Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was appointed to the position of Director of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Region 3.
