These days , Mr. Tran Thanh Tung, Chief of Office of Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy, is busy with work at his new post. His wife lives in Tuy Hoa ward, works 15 km away from home and has to take care of their daughter who is in 5th grade, so before coming to work in Buon Ma Thuot ward, he encouraged his wife and arranged the family work thoroughly.
Mr. Tung shared that streamlining the apparatus and rearranging administrative units is a major policy of the Party and the State as well as the industry, and he happily accepted the assignment at the new workplace. According to Mr. Tung, although there are some changes in residence and workplace, this is also an opportunity for cadres, civil servants and public employees to be exposed to a new environment and have more motivation to strive and develop. Everyone is united and encourages each other to complete the work well.
According to the plan, 38 officials, civil servants and employees of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province (old) will come to work at the new agency, of which 26 people have come to work in the first phase. The leaders of the People's Procuracy of the province have arranged adequate and reasonable housing and offices for officials and employees so that they can work with peace of mind. Although there are 15 regional procuracies, due to the large area and large amount of work, the agency plans to establish a working group in Phu Yen province (old) to handle related work, especially the work of inspection, timely handling of crime reports and criminal cases. At the same time, it is necessary to calculate the reasonable allocation of human resources and mobilize prosecutors between locations and regions.
Mr. Dinh Tan Luc, an expert at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Office, also temporarily left his wife and two young children in Tuy Hoa Ward to go to Buon Ma Thuot Ward to take up his assignment. In the first days in the new area, he was impressed by the pleasant climate and friendly people. Mr. Luc shared that although he was still confused when he arrived at the new workplace, he was not afraid of difficulties and hardships and would try to quickly integrate into the new environment, get into the rhythm of work to complete the assigned tasks well.

Mr. D.TP, an office worker at an agency located in Tan An Ward, said that when he came to work at the new agency, he was given a comfortable office. The agency also provided him with a public house, but because his whole family moved to Dak Lak, he rented a house outside for convenience. His youngest child, 3 years old, has moved up with his parents and is attending kindergarten at a school near his home. In the near future, he will bring his mother and older child, who is in 5th grade, up with him.
According to the plan, Dak Lak province has 971 cadres, civil servants and public employees from Phu Yen province (old) coming to work at the new administrative center. Of these, 876 are department-level leaders and specialists; 95 cadres with positions from deputy director and above, who are eligible for official housing according to regulations. Agencies, departments, branches and units have been making efforts to arrange offices and accommodation for cadres and civil servants from Phu Yen province (old) in a systematic, airy and clean manner.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the First Session of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An said that a new province - new spirit - new thinking - new aspirations, a new apparatus is waiting for us to build with the spirit of solidarity, unanimity of the entire political system and the trust of the people. However, along with opportunities, the road ahead is still full of difficulties and challenges, requiring cadres and civil servants to innovate, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility - for Dak Lak province, for the homeland, for the country and for the people.
Therefore, all levels and sectors must quickly stabilize the organization, be transparent in management, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations; build an administration that is close to the people, respects the people, serves the people and creates a favorable environment for enterprises to produce and do business. "Building a new Dak Lak province to develop today is no longer a task, but an order from the heart of every citizen, every cadre and party member", emphasized Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hoa An.
