Tra Vo Martyrs' Cemetery is the resting place of 3,669 martyrs from all over the country, who heroically sacrificed their lives in the resistance war against the US to save the country, the war to protect the southwestern border and to perform international duties in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The activity also aims to commemorate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), expressing the deep gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ninh to the previous generation, while affirming the determination to promote the revolutionary tradition, building an increasingly rich and affectionate homeland.

After that, Comrade Nguyen Van Quyet visited and worked at the People's Committee of Hoa Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh Province. Here, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation surveyed the activities of the Hoa Thanh Ward Public Administration Center, monitoring the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures for people after the administrative boundary merger. The Center initially operated in a disciplined manner, the functional areas were arranged relatively synchronously, stably serving the needs of administrative transactions.
The delegation worked with the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward. Comrade Duong Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of the ward, gave a preliminary report on the activities in the first 3 days after the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, implementing two-level local government, and at the same time raised a number of recommendations related to facilities and operating costs, as well as existing issues that need to be resolved soon to ensure the effectiveness of work at the new unit.
Speaking at the meeting, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet acknowledged the efforts of Hoa Thanh ward in the difficult conditions of the merger, but quickly stabilized the organization, maintained work order and effectively operated the Public Administration Center. He suggested that in the coming time, the locality continue to pay attention to reviewing the regulations and rules; assigning tasks more clearly within the apparatus. In particular, it is necessary to soon develop directions and tasks for the last 6 months of the year; at the same time, continue to inspect and perfect the operations of the Public Administration Center, ensuring good service to the people. The use and management of public assets also need to be closely monitored to avoid loss and waste. He also emphasized that in order for the newly merged locality to develop more strongly and comprehensively than before, the team of cadres and civil servants must be united, unified, and uphold the principle of democratic centralism in leadership and administration.
Continuing the working program, the Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee visited and worked at the Phuoc Tan Border Guard Station, Ninh Dien Commune. The delegation inspected the actual management and control of the border and immigration activities at the border gate area. The Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee visited and encouraged the officers and soldiers on duty, acknowledging their efforts to be on duty 24/7, ensuring security and order in the border area.

Phuoc Tan Border Guard Station quickly reported to the delegation on the characteristics of the internal and external borders, the implementation of border management and protection tasks, and coordination with localities in building a people's border defense posture. In the context of adjusted administrative boundaries, the unit still maintains stable control of people and vehicles, and prevention of smuggling and all types of crimes.
Concluding the meeting, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet acknowledged the achievements of the officers and soldiers of Phuoc Tan Border Guard Station in recent times. At the same time, he requested the unit to continue to overcome the remaining difficulties, emphasizing the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the border area, maintaining friendly relations and cooperation with Cambodia, creating a solid foundation for socio-economic development.
