More than 130 volunteer teams of Nghe An youth support people to access public administrative services
Immediately after Nghe An province deployed a two-level local government according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and guiding documents, more than 130 youth volunteer teams across the province quickly joined in to support people in accessing public administrative services, accompanying the government in implementing administrative reform activities and many meaningful programs and tasks at the grassroots level.

"Thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of the children, I learned how to get the number, look up the file code, and even got help downloading the public service application to my phone. The children worked very quickly, happily, and gently, so I felt more secure and less confused," Mr. Tham shared. According to statistics, in 130 communes in Nghe An province, the Youth Union has established 130 teams of "Youth volunteers to support people in carrying out administrative procedures", with a total of about 1,300 union members and young people participating.
Volunteer teams are arranged on a rotating or permanent basis at commune-level one-stop shops, contributing to supporting people in accessing online public services, especially the elderly and those who rarely use technology.
In addition to supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures, Nghe An youth also accompany local Party committees and authorities in effectively implementing programs and resolutions related to the task of socio -economic development at the grassroots level.
