Overview of the training conference

The training conference was attended by leaders of the People's Committee of the commune; members of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the commune; members of the Steering Committee for Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation of the commune; members of the Steering Committee of the People's Committee of the commune on Science, Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation of the commune and Project 06; members of community digital technology groups; commune officials and civil servants; Party cell secretaries, village heads and representatives of local organizations.

At the conference, the Commune People's Committee announced the Decision to establish the Steering Committee of the Commune People's Committee on science, technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06; Decision to establish community digital technology teams in Tuy An Tay commune and village; Decision to establish a rapid response support team on technology, digital transformation and support for handling administrative procedures of the Commune People's Committee; Plan to organize and implement 100 peak days of implementing the movement "Digital Education for All" in the commune.

Awarding Decision on establishing community digital technology groups

The “Digital Literacy for All” movement in Tuy An Tay commune sets out clear requirements: “All people, comprehensive, no one is left behind”. The locality aims for each family to have at least one member equipped with basic digital skills, knowing how to use VNeID, knowing how to make cashless payments, knowing how to perform online public services, knowing how to search for and protect personal information. This is the foundation for Tuy An Tay commune to move towards a smart, modern and unique society.

Speaking at the training conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Hoai My - Party Secretary, Chairman of Tuy An Tay Commune People's Council directed: For the "Digital Literacy for All" movement to be successful, it requires the synchronous participation of the entire political system: Party committees and authorities must be the core force, leading and directing resolutely, regularly inspecting and urging, ensuring that the movement goes into substance. Socio-political organizations need to step up propaganda, mobilizing members, union members and people to participate in learning digital skills with a spirit of self-awareness and enthusiasm. Technology enterprises should accompany the government and people, providing solutions, equipment and supporting human resources; turning the movement into a common development opportunity for the whole community. Community digital technology groups in villages need to maximize their role as a "bridge" to bring technological knowledge to each household, persistently explaining, guiding and supporting so that everyone can learn and do it. Each cadre and party member must be a "pioneer", not only proficient in digital skills, but also inspiring, guiding, and supporting those around them to progress together.

At the training conference, the Commune People's Committee coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak province, VNPT Tuy An and the Commune Police to provide training on the following skills: Identifying tasks and targets for 100 days of launching the digital literacy movement; popularizing digital skills for community technology teams and providing guidance on applying artificial intelligence in office work; popularizing knowledge and skills on the VNeID app, providing guidance on installing the Dak Lak digital app, creating accounts and performing essential administrative procedures on the national public service portal and on the VneID app; providing guidance on installing and registering digital signatures for officials and people via VNeID; providing guidance on installing and activating VNeID accounts and disseminating information on preventing online fraud.
