- On the morning of July 4, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union (CPU) held the 14th meeting of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union (expanded), reviewing the situation of collective economic development (KTTT) and cooperatives in the first 6 months of the year, and deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
Attending the conference were comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the report at the conference, from the beginning of 2025 until now, the field of collective economy and cooperatives has received close attention from all levels and sectors, and at the same time, cooperatives have constantly made efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges to gradually develop. Currently, the whole province has 560 cooperatives, 320 cooperative groups (THT), and 3 cooperative unions registered for operation. The total number of members participating in cooperatives is over 6,300 people, and the number of members participating in THT is over 4,100 people.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the average revenue of cooperatives will reach 500 - 800 million VND/cooperative, the average income of workers will reach 3.5 - 7 million VND/person/month.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Cooperative Union coordinated with relevant units to organize 14 conferences to disseminate information on collective economy, guiding the establishment of cooperatives for more than 1,100 participants; organized 2 training courses on information technology application, production and business planning, financial management and capital mobilization in cooperatives for 120 participants; mobilized the establishment of 27 new cooperatives; supported the establishment of 5 new cooperatives with a budget of 99 million VND; coordinated with the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch to approve a loan project from the Cooperative Development Support Fund for 86 members of 25 cooperatives with a total disbursed capital of 8.6 billion VND...
In addition to the achieved results, the development of collective economy and cooperatives in the province still has some limitations such as: the management and operation of the leadership apparatus in many cooperatives is still weak; cooperatives are mainly small-scale, accessing loans from credit institutions is still difficult; the human resources of cooperatives are still low, not attracting skilled and highly qualified workers...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying some contents about the results achieved in the field of collective economy and cooperatives in the first 6 months of the year, at the same time, analyzing some causes, difficulties and limitations in the operation of cooperatives, specifically: limited capital resources not meeting production expansion; obstacles in implementing digital transformation; low labor skills; weather affecting production... From there, propose solutions to overcome difficulties and improve the operational efficiency of cooperatives in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and evaluated the efforts and achievements of the Provincial Cooperative Union in the first 6 months of 2025.
He requested: In the coming time, the Provincial Cooperative Union will proactively review the regulations, assign tasks to members of the Cooperative Union to effectively implement the set targets and plans; focus on innovating propaganda work, promoting consultation, support and guidance for cooperatives to develop in a sustainable direction; coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to effectively implement policies to support cooperatives; promote disbursement of funds to support cooperative development.
At the same time, the Provincial Cooperative Union continues to strengthen the monitoring work, promptly grasp the reflections and recommendations of cooperatives to have solutions to support and remove difficulties and obstacles for cooperatives; strengthen coordination and linkage between enterprises and cooperatives in the province and in the region; receive and promptly resolve recommendations of cooperatives at the conference; prepare well the conditions to organize the 7th Provincial Cooperative Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030...
In addition, cooperatives continue to promote self-reliance, autonomy, dynamism, creativity, improve management capacity, flexibly adjust operations associated with digital transformation and scientific application, strengthen linkages in production and consumption, improve productivity and product quality.
Also at the conference, the Executive Board of the Cooperative Union completed its personnel, announced and awarded the decision to recognize members of the Provincial Cooperative Union and approved the Draft Resolution of the Executive Board of the Provincial Cooperative Union on tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
