Thereby, helping generations of cadres, employees and soldiers to have a deeper understanding of the glorious tradition of 75 years of building, fighting, growing and contributing to the tasks of national defense and security, the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland; at the same time, building the political responsibility of cadres, employees and soldiers to constantly strive to improve, complete well and excellently all assigned tasks.

That is a precious and extremely proud tradition; requiring each officer, employee and soldier of the Army's National Defense Service today to always cherish, preserve and constantly promote to continue the glorious history that previous generations wrote with so much effort and with their own blood.
