On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the total transfer value reached more than VND35,400 billion, a sharp increase compared to the previous session's level of over VND28,000 billion.
The market has up to 7 stocks with liquidity of 1,000 billion VND or more; in which, SSI stock code leads the market with more than 2,000 billion VND changed hands; followed by SHB bank code (nearly 1,600 billion VND)...
Foreign investors continued to net buy. This group bought more than 5,426 billion VND and sold more than 3,479 billion VND. SSI, SHB, VCB, TPB, VPB HDB were the codes that this group strongly collected.

The market remained green from the beginning to the end of the session. In the morning session, there were times when profit-taking pressure appeared but it was still lower than buying pressure. Therefore, the market continued to rise.
At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 15.86 points (1.12%), to 1,431.32 points; VN30-Index stopped at 1,543.27 points after gaining 14 points (0.92%).
The market recorded 192 stocks increasing in price and 127 stocks decreasing in price. In this session, the VN30 group of stocks performed positively, with the number of stocks showing green nearly 4 times more than the number of stocks showing red (23 stocks and 6 stocks).
With the advantage of capitalization and good price increase in this session, banking stocks strongly supported the market. Of the 10 stocks that contributed the most to the VN-Index, this group contributed 6 stocks, namely VCB, BID, VPB, CTG, HDB, TPB. Of which, the code with the largest capitalization, VCB, increased by 4.24%, contributing more than 5 points; followed by Vin stocks with VHM contributing more than 2.5 points and VIC (more than 1.5 points).
Securities stocks also increased in price well, but this group's capitalization is not too large, so only SSI is included in the group that strongly supports the market.
The industry groups with the highest increase in points are banking, real estate, securities, media and entertainment.
On the other hand, software and services was the only industry to decrease by more than 1%.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, trading also reached a high level with a total of nearly VND2,800 billion changing hands. At the end of the session, the HNX-Index stopped at 238.63 points, up 0.95 points (0.4%); the HNX30-Index increased 0.56 points (0.11%), to 492.65 points.
