The working content focused on the operation of the two-level local government model after the arrangement of administrative units and the plan to organize the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025 - 2030.

Regarding the preparation for the commune party congress, localities are focusing on drafting documents, contributing opinions and allocating delegates to affiliated party cells.

Mr. Dang Ngoc Tran, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, suggested that the communes continue to coordinate closely, ensuring good human resources and facilities to serve the people. For the Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, it is necessary to clearly define the direction, targets and tasks close to reality; at the same time, closely follow the guiding viewpoints from the draft documents of the 17th City Party Congress and the documents of the 14th National Party Congress. The drafting of documents must ensure the promotion of democracy, collective intelligence, with the participation and contribution of opinions from Party committees at all levels, grassroots Party organizations, cadres, Party members and the people, especially the former leaders of the communes before the merger.
