At the O Cho Dua Ward Public Administration Service Point on the second day of operating the new apparatus under the two-level local government model, many people came to request confirmation of records, land documents, household registration, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Trong (76 years old) from De La Thanh street came here to ask about administrative procedures related to subsidies for the elderly. “Last year when I turned 75, I received a birthday bonus, but this year at 76 I have not received this subsidy. Luckily, the staff here are very enthusiastic and answered my questions. I have clearly understood the issues that I am still concerned about and will pass them on to the elderly in the same residential group,” Mr. Trong shared.

It is known that on July 1, the O Cho Dua Ward Public Administration Service Point received a total of 131 files, mainly cases related to justice and civil status, and resolved 117 cases.
Similarly, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Public Administration Service Point has also arranged many staff to guide citizens to carry out administrative procedures.
