In particular, on July 3, Dung Quat Oil Refinery successfully produced granular sulfur products - an important step in the product diversification strategy, overcoming the limitations of liquid sulfur and opening up wider consumption opportunities at home and abroad. Currently, the production capacity is about 13 tons/day and can be increased according to market demand.

At the same time, the “Digital Factory” model is also being piloted at the RFCC workshop with Petro-SIM software, aiming at managing operations based on real-time data and optimizing efficiency. The Factory Board of Directors will evaluate the results and perfect the model to replicate it in all other workshops.

At the construction site of the Project to build additional crude oil storage tanks for the existing Dung Quat Refinery, representatives of the joint venture of contractors PTSC , PTSC Quang Ngai and BCA Thang Long committed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of BSR to speed up the construction progress, determined to complete and put the project into operation 100 days ahead of schedule, thereby contributing to improving the initiative in raw materials and optimizing the overall operating efficiency of the Refinery.

It is expected that in July 2025, BSR will sell the first granular sulfur product to the market.

At the construction site of the TK6001G crude oil tank cleaning project - Dung Quat Oil Refinery, related units are focusing resources, speeding up the implementation progress, with the determination to complete and put the tank back into operation 10 days earlier than the planned schedule, contributing to ensuring safety, improving the efficiency of receiving and storing raw materials for the Factory.

Directing the inspection, BSR Chairman Bui Ngoc Duong acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and the continuous efforts of the leaders, engineers and workers of the Factory Block in production operations, especially the proactive implementation of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, safety and production stability. BSR Chairman emphasized that in the context of many fluctuations in the energy market, in order to complete all production and business targets in 2025, the requirement for the Factory is to maintain safe, stable and efficient production at optimal capacity; at the same time, promote cost optimization, product diversification, increase added value and enhance competitiveness.
