On the morning of February 3, the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hai Duong City held a meeting to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), and celebrate the spring of At Ty 2025.

The speech of Hai Duong City Party Secretary Le Dinh Long stated that, along with the revolutionary movement of the whole country, on August 26, 1938, at house number 17 Dong Mon street (now Pham Hong Thai street), the first Communist Party cell of Hai Duong city was established, the predecessor of today's city Party Committee.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the city's army and people fought bravely in wars and built the city to have the appearance, position and stature of a civilized and modern urban area as it is today.
After 87 years of establishment and 23 congresses, from the first Party cell with 3 members, the City Party Committee now has over 19,000 members operating in 69 grassroots Party organizations.
With continuous efforts in the cause of construction and development, over the years, the Party Committee and people of Hai Duong City have been awarded many noble titles by the Party and State: Hero of the People's Armed Forces; First and Second Class Independence Medals; Hero of Labor in the renovation period and emulation flags, certificates of merit from the Government and Prime Minister ...
On the occasion of the New Year of At Ty 2025, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau sent the best New Year wishes to all leaders, party members and people of Hai Duong city.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that each cadre, party member, Party Committee and government of Hai Duong City continue to follow the example of previous generations, be exemplary in all work, closely connect with the people, build internal solidarity and unity. Strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies; wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland and the people, contribute to the successful implementation of the goal of developing a strong homeland and country, confidently entering a new era - the era of national development.
To complete the tasks according to the plan set by the province and the city, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the leaders, party members, cadres and civil servants of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to uphold the spirit of initiative, take the lead and focus on implementing the tasks right from the first days and months of the new year.
At the meeting, comrade Le Dinh Long, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong City Party Committee was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal and the 30-year Party membership badge.
