Inviting businesses to attend trade exchange program in India

The Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Ministry of Industry and Trade respectfully announces and invites businesses to participate in the International Trade Exchange Program (RBSM) organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), the leading trade promotion agency of India, in coordination with the governments of Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh.

Dear: Businesses

The Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Ministry of Industry and Trade respectfully announces and invites businesses to participate in the International Trade Exchange Program (RBSM) organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), the leading trade promotion agency of India, in coordination with the governments of Pondicherry and Andhra Pradesh.
The program aims to connect Indian manufacturing and exporting enterprises with importers, distributors and purchasing enterprises from Vietnam. Specific information is as follows:

1. Trade program in Pondicherry

• Time: From August 12 to 14, 2025

• Location: Pondicherry City, Tamil Nadu State

• Main industries:

- Household electrical appliances: induction cooker, electric stove, air fryer, range hood, electric fan, juicer, blender, mixer, egg beater...

- Electrical equipment: cables, switching devices, circuit breakers, switches, electrical sockets...

2. Trade Program in Andhra Pradesh

• Time: From August 16 to 18, 2025

• Location: Kakinada City, Andhra Pradesh State

• Main industries:

- Machinery and processing equipment

- Industrial equipment

- Electrical, electronic, refrigeration and household electrical equipment

Support policy for businesses purchasing goods (Hosted Buyer)

Vietnamese enterprises selected to participate as buyers will be sponsored by the Organizing Committee, including:

• Round-trip airfare (or domestic support if departing from Ho Chi Minh City)

• Accommodation and domestic travel in India

• Stay at 5 star hotel

• Arrange direct B2B business appointments with suitable exporters

• Opportunity to access the market and find reputable, efficient, cost-saving sources of supply
