Establishment of Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board

(GLO)- On July 8, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 1498/QD-TTg to establish the Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

Accordingly, the Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board (old).

Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board is an agency under the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, performing the function of direct state management over industrial parks, economic zones, including border economic zones in the province. At the same time, it manages and organizes the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in economic zones, including border economic zones and industrial zones according to the provisions of law.

Gia Lai Provincial Economic Zone Management Board is headed by Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
